Removal of skin lesions and skin tags using plasma technology

1 min read

What exactly are “skin tags” and lesions?

Skin tags (the small, raised bumps that sometimes appear on the neck, underarms, or face) and various lesions appear in all of us due to genetics, hormonal changes, or sun exposure. Beyond the health aspect, they are mainly an aesthetic nuisance that keeps the skin from looking smooth and even.

The treatment: The magic of plasma (Plasma Pen)

At my clinic, I use Plasma Pen technology, the latest innovation in lesion removal. Unlike older methods, this does not require stitches or surgery.

  • How does it work? The device generates precise plasma energy that “vaporizes” the lesion in a targeted way without touching the surrounding healthy tissue.

  • The result: The lesion is removed on the spot, and the skin’s healing process begins immediately.

Why choose plasma treatment?

  • Surgical precision: The treatment allows me to remove very small lesions in sensitive areas (such as around the eyes) with maximum precision.

  • No scars: Because there is no incision, the skin heals beautifully and evenly.

  • Speed: Treating a single lesion takes just a few seconds.

Will it hurt?

Not at all. The treatment is performed after local anesthesia (a cream or a minor injection, as needed), so you won’t feel anything beyond a light touch.

Who is this treatment for?

Anyone with skin tags, raised moles (subject to diagnosis), or small “blood spots” (angiomas) who wants clear, smooth, even-looking skin with minimal treatment and recovery time.

The recovery process – what to expect?

After treatment, a small, dark scab forms at the treated spot. This is an excellent sign that your skin is repairing itself! The scab falls off naturally within 5-10 days, revealing new, pink, clear skin underneath.

Important to remember:

  1. Sun protection: You must apply sunscreen to the treated area for the weeks afterward to protect the new skin.

  1. Professional diagnosis: Each lesion is carefully examined before treatment to make sure it is suitable for cosmetic removal.

One treatment—and it’s gone for good!
